JN CSDC operates a media and communication services practice alongside its training and assessment work.
Before JN CSDC was a training centre, its founder spent years in media, communication and multinational corporate environments. That work did not stop being relevant when the focus turned to skills — it became the second half of what the organisation offers.
The connection is not incidental. Training an individual to communicate at work and helping an organisation communicate to its market draw on the same underlying discipline: knowing your audience, defining the message, and choosing the channel that actually reaches them.
We work with brands, institutions, public programmes and organisations running campaigns — from a single activation through to sustained communication programmes.
“Knowing your audience, defining the message, choosing the channel — the discipline is the same whether you are teaching a worker to handle a customer or helping an institution reach a market.”

The most common failure in communication work is producing something impressive that does not move the thing it was meant to move.
We start with the objective, not the deliverable. What has to change — awareness, enrolment, footfall, perception — and how will we know it did?
Audience definition, message architecture and channel selection, written down so everything produced afterwards can be checked against it.
Creative development and production in Bangla and English — copy, design, video, photography and print-ready artwork.
Media planning, negotiation and placement across print, broadcast, outdoor and digital channels.
Performance measured against the objective set at brief stage, not against vanity metrics.
Tell us what has to change and by when. We will tell you whether we are the right people for it, and what it would take.
