A free walk-in clinic for workers who want to know whether Recognition of Prior Learning applies to them. Bring whatever employment records you have. Our assessors will map your experience against available competency standards and tell you honestly whether RPL or training is the better route. Individual slots of 20 minutes; online slots available on request.
Scheduled competency-based assessment for Domestic Work – Level 2, Batch 14. Candidates must bring photographic identification and their portfolio evidence. Practical demonstration and oral questioning will be conducted by qualified assessors. Reasonable adjustments must be requested at least five working days in advance.
An open seminar for jobseekers, employers and training partners on workplace communication as an employability factor. Includes findings from employer conversations, a breakdown of what competency-based communication assessment measures, and a live Q&A with our lead trainer.
Supervised field practical for the current Tour Guiding cohort. Learners deliver a guided segment to a live group under assessor observation, then receive structured feedback. Covers commentary delivery, group management, timing discipline and on-route risk handling.
