1. Acceptance

By applying for a programme, enrolling, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not apply or enrol.

These terms are between you and JN Communication & Skills Development Centre, 246/1/C/3/3, West Agargaon, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh.

2. Application and admission

• Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Places are confirmed only after document verification and eligibility assessment.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false information is grounds for refusing admission or cancelling enrolment without refund.
• You are responsible for meeting the stated entry requirements for your chosen programme.
• Admission is confirmed in writing. No place is reserved until confirmation is issued and the registration fee is paid.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are published on each programme page and are indicative. The fees applying to your enrolment are those confirmed to you in writing by admissions before payment.
• The registration fee is payable at application. Course and assessment fees are payable according to the schedule confirmed at admission.
• Instalment arrangements, where agreed, must be recorded in writing at the point of enrolment.
• Non-payment of fees when due may result in suspension of access to training, withholding of assessment, or cancellation of enrolment.
• Fees are reviewed periodically. A change in the published fee schedule does not affect learners already enrolled.

4. Training delivery

• Training is delivered through live, instructor-led online sessions according to the published schedule.
• We may change session times, trainers or delivery arrangements where necessary. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
• You are responsible for having the equipment and internet connection required to participate.
• Attendance is monitored. Sustained absence may affect your readiness for assessment and, where an attendance requirement applies to your programme, your eligibility to be assessed.
• We may cancel or reschedule a cohort where enrolment is insufficient. Where we cancel, you may transfer to another intake or receive a full refund of fees paid for that programme.

5. Assessment and certification

• Assessment is conducted against published performance criteria by qualified assessors. Outcomes are recorded as Competent or Not Yet Competent.
• We do not guarantee a competent outcome. Assessment decisions are made on the evidence presented.
• A Not Yet Competent outcome entitles you to written feedback and a scheduled reassessment. A reassessment fee may apply.
• Certification is issued through the applicable certification process. Timelines for certificate issue are outside our sole control and are indicative only.
• You may appeal an assessment decision in writing within fifteen working days. Appeals are reviewed by a person independent of the original decision.
• We may withhold or revoke a certificate where it was obtained through false information, plagiarism, impersonation or other malpractice.

6. Learner conduct

• You are expected to conduct yourself respectfully toward trainers, assessors, staff and other learners.
• Recording, reproducing or redistributing session content without written permission is not permitted.
• Impersonation, submitting another person's work as your own, or falsifying evidence is malpractice and will result in cancellation of enrolment without refund.
• We may suspend or exclude a learner for serious or persistent breach of these expectations.

7. Employment outcomes

We do not guarantee employment, placement or any specific outcome following training or certification. Career development support is provided as assistance, not as a promise of a position.

Any statement about employment prospects is general information and should not be relied upon as a guarantee.

8. Intellectual property

All training materials, assessment tools, course content and website content remain our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use materials for your own learning only.

9. Website use

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, its systems or its data.
• You may not use automated tools to extract data from this website.
• We provide this website as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any programme is limited to the fees you have paid for that programme.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or employment opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date shown at the top of this page indicates the current version. Changes do not apply retrospectively to enrolments already confirmed.
